2.1. BridgeMonk Corp provides comprehensive web solutions, mobile application development, and business automation services, including but not limited to front-end and back-end development, AI-driven chatbots, and digital transformation solutions.
2.2. You understand that your use of our services may be subject to limitations, such as project scope, number of users, or other constraints as defined in your service agreement.
2.3. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of our services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with prior notice as specified in your service agreement.
3.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2. By using our services, you grant us the right to collect and process data related to your project and usage of our platforms.
3.3. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes.
4.1. All content and materials provided by BridgeMonk Corp, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of BridgeMonk Corp or its licensors.
4.2. Upon project completion and full payment, you will receive the agreed-upon intellectual property rights as specified in your service agreement.
5.1. Payment terms, project scope, and deliverables will be clearly defined in your service agreement.
5.2. Project fees are subject to our Refund Policy as outlined in your service agreement.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify our service fees, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect ongoing projects.
6.1. While we strive for excellence, our services are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in your service agreement.
6.2. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted beyond the specifications outlined in your service agreement.
7.1. In no event shall BridgeMonk Corp or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages beyond the scope defined in your service agreement.
8.1. Project termination terms will be specified in your service agreement.
8.2. BridgeMonk Corp reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
